Governmental and Regulatory Affairs

     

          In addition to legal representation, the Firm also provides governmental and regulatory affairs representation on natural resources, water and environmental law issues.  Keith is a registered lobbyist in Wyoming and with the Firm's location in the Capitol of Cheyenne, he is able to keep abreast of agency rulemaking activities and legislative bills and activities during the legislative session.  Outside of the session, Keith also follows interim topics and attends legislative committee meetings around the state for clients when requested.
